What will the contours of the forthcoming EU Quantum Act look like? Expectations are that the upcoming legislation will have a significant impact on the framework conditions for the entire European quantum ecosystem, including the Danish ecosystem, with a particular focus on the application and commercialization of quantum technology.

In July 2025, the European Commission presented its Quantum Europe Strategy, marking a shift toward a more active use of quantum technology in the EU’s efforts to strengthen competitiveness. As a follow-up, the Commission is preparing a proposal for a Quantum Act. This early phase provides an opportunity for stakeholder engagement and for input from the national quantum ecosystem to be brought forward before the Commission presents its proposal and the formal negotiation process begins.

Against this background, the Danish Quantum Community (DQC), in cooperation with the Danish Business Authority, invites you to an information and dialogue meeting on the EU Quantum Act.

The event offers a unique opportunity for stakeholders in the Danish quantum ecosystem who are either actively engaged in policy work or seeking a deeper understanding of the development of the EU Quantum Act.
