DQC is excited to welcome Lucore Technology as a new partner of Danish Quantum Community
Lucore Technology is a new European startup developing ultra-low-latency and energy-efficient photonic computing systems that enable high-performance applications across AI, edge computing, energy systems, robotics, and quantum technologies. Their solutions are built on proprietary photonic architectures designed to deliver nanosecond-scale processing, massive parallelism, and highly energy-efficient computing β key capabilities for applications where real-time decision-making and computational efficiency are critical.
Lucores technology builds on several years of research and development at Leibniz University in Hannover (Professor Michael Kues group) and Aarhus University (Professor Nikolaj Zinners Group), including work developed through the EIC Pathfinder project QuGANTIC.
On joining DQC, CEO Jesper Gretlund, states:
We are immensely looking forward to joining DQC and use this fine vehicle to create and strengthen collaborations going ahead β benefitting both Lucore Technology and the wider Ecosystem.
At DQC, we are very happy to have Lucore Technology as a partner and look very much forward to the collaboration.
