Adopted Resolutions

Two proposed amendments to the Articles of Association were also put to a vote:

  • Proposal 1: Amendment to §2 – Purpose, concerning the expectations for loyal and supportive conduct among DQC partners.
  • Proposal 2: Amendments to §3 – Membership, regarding notice of resignation and the definition of associated partners.

The amendment regarding associated partners means that DQC from now on will accept partners into DQC who is not yet located and established with a Danish VAT number. This change has been made to meet an increasing interest from foreign companies wishing to locate their business and development in Denmark.

Both proposals were adopted. The updated Articles of Association and meeting minutes will be published on the website as soon as possible.

We would like to thank all participants for attending and contributing to a productive General Assembly. We are excited to continue supporting the growth and development of the Danish quantum ecosystem.

The newly elected and happy board members together with some of DQC´s existing board members.
