On 17 June 2026, the Danish Quantum Community (DQC) held its Annual General Assembly kindly hosted by The Niels Bohr Institute at The University of Copenhagen.
The agenda this year included the election of eight board members and voting on one proposed increase in membership fees.
Board Elections
The following individuals were elected or re-elected to the DQC Board of Directors (in random order)
- Nikolaj Thomas Zinner, Aarhus University
- Cathal J. Mahon, QuNorth
- Morten Bache, The Novo Nordisk Foundation
- Mark Jones, Molecular Quantum Solutions (MQS)
- Jakob Svagin, BioInnovation Institute (BII)
- Ulrich Hoff, Kvantify
- Frederikke Rosendal Egede Saabye, Danish Chamber of Commerce
- Jørgen Ellegaard Andersen, University of Southern Denmark
In addition, Michael Kjær (Danish National Metrology Institute) and Søren Stobbe (Technical University of Denmark) were elected as alternate members.

The adjustment of membership fees was approved.
