Apply for the NATO TQC Industry Network

Danish Quantum Community would like to inform our partners of the chance to apply for the NATO TQC Industry Network through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs before the 10th of February.

NATO’s Transatlantic Quantum Community TQC (read more here) brings together official delegations from the 22 participating allied countries in a trusted quantum platform.

As one of its first initiatives, TQC has created a wider TQC Industry Network, which will be an informal forum to facilitate collaboration between quantum technology companies and NATO defense end-users.

The network will host events and meet-ups – virtually and physically – and work on concrete initiatives, such as match-making, and mapping of financing and partnership opportunities. Companies participating can chose to take part in initiatives most relevant to them.

Who can join?

Quantum and/or defense companies and industry associations of all sizes, who align with NATO’s objectives and have an interest in engaging on NATO and quantum, are invited to apply for the industry network.  Companies nominated to the network must be headquartered in the country submitting the nomination.

Why should a company join?

By joining the TQC Industry Network, private companies can gain access to a unique forum for defense- and quantum technology innovation.

Members can benefit from

  • gaining valuable insights into the evolving needs of defense operators, enabling them to tailor their R&D to real-world defense applications,
  • opportunities to discuss necessary defense industry standards with defense operators/ purchasers,
  • opportunities to build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the NATO defense- and quantum technology field,
  • early access to emerging markets,
  • opportunities for collaborative innovation initiatives, including sharing resources and funding,
  • accelerating the development of new products and services for security and defense purposes.

How can you join?

Interested companies can apply to take part in the network through the office of the Danish Tech Ambassador at techamb@um.dk before the 10th of February.

When applying, please indicate following:

  • Name of company
  • Point of Contact at company
  • Size (estimated number of employees)
